Taste Notes

Next batch buy idopher and use clean with bleach research under/over oxygenating- possibly over oxygenated? may be over hopping which is leading to astringency do not sparge with too hot water check ph for consistency

No sparge http://brulosophy.com/2014/08/27/no-sparge-brewing-with-a-beersmith-tutorial/ (Cannot no sparge due to limited mash tun volume) Water Matched water profile from Cen/Cas Smash. Pitched 2 step starter 1.5l each for a total of 400 billion cells (Zainesheff) Dryhopped 1/2oz in each fermenter on day 5 from pitch. Use 65% mash efficiency if no sparge or minimum sparge.
