Taste Notes

Used water from outside spigot. targeted a mash of 152 only got to 150 left it at that for 60 min. added 5.2 into the mash 30 minutes in. used muslin bags for the hops. chilled down to 74 added 30 seconds of O2 and pitched the whole 1 liter starter. Set fermentation to 19c had visible signs of fermentation the next morning.
