Notes

Mash at 66 C or 151 F. This is Dr Smurto's favourite version. This beer is one of the most widely home-brewed beers in Australia, extremely popular to a wide range of palates and a robust recipe meaning that it can be varied in many ways with little risk. 0 min hops are dry hops in secondary. Yeast is US-05 (although my personal favourite is WY1272 - American Ale II). Mash in 66, mash out 78. Ferment at 18C. So easy!
