Taste Notes

Out of primary there is definately a corona taste, however tastes astringenty puckering your mouth a bit... my ph during mash was at 5.6, and i mashed a little too long. Still had a hint of dogfarts from the yeast, but read this can mellow out. -Out of secondary and into the bottling bucket this beer tastes very good, almost exactly like stella artois... but less bitter, will add a bit of bittering hops to the next run. but this is very good beer!

Notes

-Will try to re-create this with an all grain bill, the flaked corn is hard to locate in my neck of the woods, so will have to try fresh corn and rice mash... i suppose it wouldnt do the flavor any harm.

Minute Rice

by Brewdog

You can use Minute rice.
Quick and easy. Stir it into top of mash.

Help me understand......

Stella is a pilsner malt only based beer. No 2-row and definitely no Corn adjuncts. Your recipe appears to be a Blonde Ale or Cream ale style.
