Notes

Here you go:Malt: Barrett Burston Pale or JW Export Pilsner (80%), Munich (15%) and Carahell (5%) - Don't use Trad Ale or Ale Malt. Pilsner base malt is key here. Kettle Hops: Warrior (First Wort 20 IBU - only a 30 min boil) Flameout Hops: Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin & Galaxy (30 min post boil whirlpool/hop steep @ 1lb/bbl or 3.9g/L total hops) Dry Hop: Same as whirlpool hops. OG: 1.048 FG: 1.009 ABV: 5.0% Yeast: Wyeast 1056, White Labs WLP001 or US-05 As you know, the most important thing to watch is make sure your beer handling after fermentation and dry hopping is absent of oxygen. Purge all your kegs/bottles etc with CO2 before moving beer into them.
