Few days on 20psi
I had to top off this beer, about .5 to 1 gallons. The beer's flavor kind of falls flat. You get a small amount of flavor up front and it just falls out.
Also, still not enough bitterness. Really need a better hop solution for the boil. The bag isn't doing it.
I feel that the mouthfeel could be just a tad bit more. Should throw in just a tiny bit of oats to help with that. Just to give it some body. That said, i did top off and it might be just fine with out it. You can tell that it's a little watered down. It will be a hit to lighter beer drinkers. The apa I just did tastes amazing. Also, I might just need to give it a few more days on gas and see how it conditions. It's at that awkward beer aging phase.
Lastly, I need a supply of non spicy hops. It's a little much in my opinion. Definitely needs more of a balance hop-wise.
