07/01 - brew and ferment at 50F. 07/14 - SG ________. Goal SG of 1014. Set fermenter to 60F 07/17 - SG ________. Rack beer to 5.2 gallon carboy. Turn down to 50F 07/19 - Turn down to 45F. 07/21 - Turn down to 40F 07/23 - Turn down to 35F 09/07 - transfer off yeast to purged keg from siphon to quick disconnect liquid in post. 09/09 - NFL Season begins 09/16 - Oktoberfest begins
