Notes

In this recipe, replaced Carastan with Crystal 40, and Simcoe hops with Chinook b/c that’s what I had on hand. OG 1.056 2016.04.10 Brix 7.6, 7.3 ==> SG 1.014, 5.51 %ABV, and 1.012, 5.76 % ABV
