Excelent Racer 5 Clone

by burtbros

I used this as a basis for my BBRacer5Clone that is also published on the cloud.

I added some water adjuncts and fine tuned some settings and the result were stunning. We did a taste test against the commercial product, and the votes were very very close, but the clone was the winner by a sliver.

I took a sample to the Maltose Falcons club meeting today and it was a hit.

This is an excellent recipe. Full Credit goes to PJ. Thanks!
