Notes

Absolutely our favourite IPA, and probably our favourite beer of all time too. This has everything and in perfect proportion. A crisp and refreshing summer tipple. Try Wyeast British Ale II or White Labs Essex Ale yeast instead of Marston's Premium Bitter yeast as that one is no longer available.
