Notes

From an idea by Shawn Hager, with some changes. ABV will actually be higher than 4.4% due to sugar extracted from the ginger snap cookies, but how much higher is difficult to estimate. Could approach 5% ABV. Dry hop only gently and only if beer is too sweet and lacking in hop character.
