Notes

This beer was designed to take advantage of the distinct strawberry notes of the new Belma hop. Unfortunately the following year's harvest didn't have any strawberry notes at all. Can augment the strawberry notes with some pureed fruit or flavour essence, but beware of artificial strawberry flavouring - it tastes awful. Try dry-hopping with chopped strawberries instead of hops.
