Notes
Mash temp for 5 gallon tun:
Added water to cooler & it settled at 168. Going to cool to the recommended temp of 158 & add grains. Aiming for 148. Hit 145 after 2 min rest. Added 1 qt boiling water & settled at 150.
Grains:
Had less Munich than I thought. Went with 170 Munich & 210 Vienna instead.
Sparge :
Heated 3.5 gals to 194. Added to 10 gal tun. Settled at 183. About 180 when I moved to top of structure.

Taste is decent. I would not add vodka to the fruit again. There is an aftertaste. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
