Notes

I updated the mash tun dead space, so this time, do not eliminate the .5 gallons. I adjusted the deadspace the wrong way and ended up with a half gallon more than usual to equal one gallon extra. Revert an extra .5 the other way for the next brew. Added the first set of salts to the mash and the second set of salts to the kettle.
