Notes

second all grain batch. Upped all grains slightly to round off. Batch sparged instead of fly sparge. 1.080 at first run down to 1.063 before boil. Added 3oz of malto to try to make heavier mouth feel. First batch a little thin. More grains needed to achieve OG Christmas edition 12/15 OG 1.067 Added 2# extra pale row was light on 120 so added more 60 Needs more Malto - still thin at the end up to 8oz Tastes great but still needs more body
