Finally brewed this and WOW!

I can't even begin to express how good this turned out.
I sent it off to the Southern California Regional Homebrew Championship this week so I'll let you know what the judges think Mid-August.

Took 6weeks to ferment out. 4 more weeks lagering. Kegged and gone in two weeks. Delicious!
