Notes

Niestety zadne inne notatki na temat tego (udanego) piwa nie zachowaly sie. Drozdze dodane z paczki, bez rehydratacji. Wiadomo, ze byly cyrki z zacieraniem. Bez przerwy 72C, ale byl wygrzew 10' w 78-80C Wyszlo 23 litry i 11,5 blg. (to chyba przed chmieleniem???) Rozlew 17.12.2014 Na etykiecie jest ekstrakt 12% i 5,3% alk.
