Mash temp 150F - strike 167F - 30gal
Batch 2 strata (glow grain bill (single) w minor tweaks including osme bob’s mill oats.
water salts were tuned for bak water by mistake, likely to harden beer.
1.4 lbs of corn sugar, made up diff with 2 row. lactic acid for ph stabilization instead of acid malt.
5 starters of wyeast 1318 stepped to …? 2 days on stir plate in 1.042 wort.
hops should be totalling 64 oz (not incl columbus). so 32 oz strata - 16 oz citra - 16 oz galaxy = 64
20 oz strata @ 5 - 10 oz cit - 10oz gal
12- 6 -6 at Whirlpool
