Notes

35C acid for one hour 64-62C for 45 minutes after reaching temp at 28% element power 70-72C till conversion 7:40pm first wort hop and start of lauter. boil start at 9:38pm May 13 2016 14brix 1.055 at 3 minutes left 5.7gallons on blichmann sightglass 8 days in now at 25C still fermenting well. May 27 2016 put into secondary. Was at 25c. 76f on sticker. Hydrometer 1.003 wow. Was still very bubbly on clean surface of beer. May 28 2016 put in 1.4oz palisade hops in secondary. May 30 put carboy in chest freezer and cooled to 1C. 2days later on June 1st put in corny keg. fg 1.003. June 12 2016 hooked up keg and poured. Very murky. Lots of yeast character . Palisades definitely coming through.
