Notes

Based recipe from http://meekbrewingco.blogspot.com/2013/07/brewing-modern-times-fortunate-islands.html The Meek Brewing recipe however has a slightly lower IBU, higher FG, and lower % wheat malt than what is listed on the beer information page from the brewery http://moderntimesbeer.com/beer/year-round I made slight adjustments to the wheat content and mash profile of the Meer recipe to bring this recipe in line with the brewery specs. Note: Hop Extrack (3 oz) refers to 15ml (3x5ml) Hop shots purchased from Farmhouse Brewing.
