Missed first target by 4 deg or so. Suggest adding a few degrees to target next time If 1072 @ 88 deg = 1074 Racked to secondary on 9/10/16 Fermented like crazy 1010 FG on 20 Sept and bottled with 2/3 cup cs 1074 to 1010 = 8.4%
