Redid this recipe to be a session beer instead of the bigger IPA. Making this batch for JT's leaving Vegas party on May 21. Reduced the bittering and late addition hops to make up for the lower malt bill, but didn't change the dry hops much. Also switched the Motueka to Azacca since Motueka is getting rather had to find even online.
starting mash temp was a bit high at 152.5 or so (hmm, same as last time lol) but it cooled off over the hour mash. I always seem to end up a bit dryer than I plan anyway. Also switched to dry yeast because $$.
Started from NB's Kiwi Express, but added more hops to mine.

Sooo...that is a crap load of hops, wow. I've never done a real IPA before so I'm hoping I'm not overdoing this lol.
Mash temp started at 152.5 (to think, only a few brews ago I couldn't hit it for nothing). Starting runoff gravity was 1.076.
This wort smells amazing. I can't wait to taste it. Too bad it's going to end up at NHC instead of my house. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
