23rd March 2016 STRIKE WATER 78c TO MASHTUN 75C, MASH TEMP WITH GRAINS 65C 67L at lights out, down to 62L after chilling. Pump for plate chiller broke so had to transfer straight to fermenter at 60C, set fridge to 16C, will pitch yeast when goes down to mid 20s Split into 2 separate fermenters. 26L in each. S-05 in one Nottingham ale yeast in the other. Og. 1.062 4th April 2016 Added dry hops split evenly between the two fermenters. og 1.010 dropped temp to 15C. On Sat 9th april drop temp to 4C to drop out the hops for 4 days. On Wednesday 13th transferred to kegs. 40 bottles to. FG. 1.010
