Fermentazione partita a 24 gradi, poi un grado al giorno fino ad arrivare a 28. Dopo 10 giorni fg stabile a 1.002, dryhopping senza travasare 4gl con El Dorado cascade e citra in egual misura. 4 giorni a 28 gradi e poi 10 giorni a 1 grado. Imbottigliamento 1.9 vol
