Taste Notes

could use more mouthfeel. mash higher, maybe some flaked barley also.

Notes

used 1.2 gal tap water & 3 galRO for mash. used 0.6g gypsum, 1.2 g cacl2, and 1g baking soda. 1/4campden tab. Total runoff was about8.25 gal. Added .3 mL lactic acid to 100%RO sparge water. heated to 181, mash came up to 167. Sparged with 5 gal water.
