Incredible Aroma

by Dibbs

The hops jump out of the glass, wonderful aroma, straw colored, citrus hops dominate, bitter, dry and hoppy. More America IPA than Belgian, but the WLP550 adds a spiciness to this beer. I am definitely brewing this again. Let the fermenation temp rise to the 80s and let the funk begin. IT ferments very quickly.
