Notes

15 hrs 1.056 , bubbling away nicely. 44 hrs in 1.028. Tastes great, almosta citrus flavour keeping it light. Colour is lighter than expected though 68 hrs 1.024. Hopefully this will ferment out more. Still nice flavour, closer to a porter though
