Notes

Could use WLP029/WLP011 for ale yeast or WLP830/WLP920 for lager yeast. The mild malt is a replacement for "Special Aromatic" at ~4.5 SRM. I messed up my new equipment info on BeerSmith and ended up putting ~3x the hops I should have. Real recipe is called ErmahGarde under my profile.
