Notes

Startet med 29 L mash. Kokte i 90 min ned til 24.5 L. Etter koking kjølte vi ned til 180*F i løpet av ca 30 min. På 180*F hadde vi i steep hops i 30 min. Deretter nedkjøling til 20*C i løpet av ca 20 min. Over på 36L carboy, oxyginering i ca 3 x 15 sek. Tilsatte rehydrert og testet gjær.
