Notes

Mashed in at 65 - -note next time put bag in urn and add grain, dont fill bag and put in urn. Urn keeps trying to swallow the bag After 3 days garvity reads 1.022, nice drop. tastes a bit hot though, a little worried about fusels. Tasty otherwise, needs more hops still, dry hooppong should hopefully fix that, 5 days i think 1.012/1.011 but damn tube for refractometer is half stuffed. Doesnt seem as hot when i cold crash a sample and try it. Still al little harsh in the bitterness though, might change bittering hop. The malt profile is great though! 6 days. Def 1.012 now. New tube. Still harsh but after some reading its most likly "green Beer' rather than fusels. Still may use a cleaner bittering hop next time with low cumlu... whatever it is. same with the FWH, keep the combo for late additions though. Raised to 21 for Diacetyl even though couldnt taste any. Also threw in 43g of cascade now. Will do the galaxy alter when cooler. 7 days, 1.012 still, ferment is done. Cooling to 13 now and when cooled will add the galaxy dry hops. much better hop armoa now with the cascade in there.
