Notes

Mash attempted at 2.25 gallons @ 152, ended up mashing 75 at 155 with more like 6.5 gallons. Boiled off just enough to have hop boil room in kettle (5 gal kettle only). Starter made 18 hrs ahead of pitch with 1c dark dme and 2 qts water. Reserved 1/4 of starter for yeast pitch in tertiary ferment step (at 6 weeks)
