Notes

low propane tanks caused a poor flame during the boil. by the time wert got to boiling and finishe dboiling I was left to 7.5 gallons instead of 11. After fermenting I racked the beer into my two kegs and then added water to bring to roughly 5 gallons each. Pre adding water the FG was 1.012 and after adding water it was 1.010. The initial taste pre water was wonderful. Very hoppy yet a brown ale. After adding the water it seemed watered down but that be normal for the flavor of the beer.
