Brew Date: 10 Oct 15 7 Nov racked to bright keg, carbonated to 12.5 PSI. 25 Oct transfered to setteling keg 22 Oct SG=1.014 Added 1 cinnamon stick, 1/8 tsp alspice. 1/8 tsp nutmeg. Not a lot of pumpkin flavor yet. Nice broun/red hint of orange color. clearing well. 18 Oct Racked to secondary. SG=1.018 Color- reddish brown with hint of orange. added 1/4 tsp alspice. 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ground clove, 1 cinnamon stick, Maple Syrup 1.7 oz. 09 Oct Yeast Starter (1 gram DME for every 10 ml wort (after boiling).) 1700 ml Wort, 150 gr= 5.3oz DME, 1/8 tap yeast neut. SG=1.040/1700ml
