Notes

Boil 75 min. S.G. @ 60 min 1.052 Added 1.5L @ 5min O.G. 1.051 2.5L left Over 18L into fermenter 20/2/16 - Transferred into keg. 1.014. Looking very pale. Nice and clean. Possibly fault in aftertaste?
