Taste Notes
7 day primary:
-smells like a good belgian.
-taste is semi-sweet with good spicy, peppery notes, corriander is present, not really picking up the orange peel.
-color is light copper
-cloudy, with a lot of suspended yeast material
-yeast is still fairly active (yeast nutrient?)
-Gravity readings predict a high ABV for the begian wit style
-1.64OG-1.24 = 5.3%ABV after 7 days in the primary (yeast nutrient?)Notes
Used fresh orange peel.
Cracked corriander in mortice.
Added Yeast Nutrient with 5 minutes left in the boil. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
