Taste Notes

Use 1 liter of cholaca in fermenter a day or so before botteling.

Notes

This was brewed with speidel 50l using short maltpipe. Old notes: After 7 days into fermentation add kakao Nibs, 200g. You should also add additional 60ml of chocolate extract. ( I did)
