Saw your recipe for Stone IPA and want to ask about the dry hop. You list it on the recipe to dry hop at "0 days." How would I do that? I'm bottling the beer, not kegging it, if that matters.

Just looking at your Duvel clone, where do you add the sugar? to the Kettle i assume? How many times have you made this one?

I add the sugar to the fermenter after fermentation begins. I boil the sugar first.
