I live in Panama and I am new to brewing.
I am trying to find recipes with the following characteristics: crisp and refreshing beer, very low bitterness, fruit accents (citrus, passion fruit...), usually I like when the fermentables include wheat and rice and honey.
Short fermentation times, some local micro breweries, seem to able to shorten the fermentation time to a week or so...
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
